Many of us struggle to adapt to the normative ways of life and feel we either run in a hamster wheel trying to keep our heads above water or loose sight of what we really wish to do. We wish to challenge societal expectations, social norms and status quo, and build on a life sustainable to us.

However, it can be difficult to create change and follow our dreams. Often it requires a struggle with limiting beliefs. Here, group conversations are a powerful help. Dreams Talk takes place in a loving space and allows you to share your thoughts, dreams, doubts and insights. Talking about this often brings clarity and boosts motivation to feel brave enough to take risks, create the change you seek and follow your dreams.

Ena Maro has hosted several workshops on the topic as well as provide counseling as a spiritual consultant. She is also a rad risk-taker and has lived in extreme ways challenge normative ways of living. Here she has lifted limiting beliefs about what’s possible and what she is capable of. She believes we to a large extend create our own reality and will remind us that making changes takes risking failure, changing your mind, courage and the help of others.
